What are your products made from?
We hand make all of our candles, melts, bath and body products in small batches using the finest ingredients on the market. We only use soy wax in our candles and melts, which is a renewable and sustainable substance made from the soy bean. Our candles and melts are Kosher safe and nothing we sell is tested on animals.
Our bathbombs contain natural ingredients such as Epsom salts along with food grade bicarbonate of soda and citric acid. Fragrance oils used comply with the strictest global RIFM and IFRA standards. Where products contain essential oil they are 100% pure and sourced from Australian suppliers.
How long does it take before you Post my Item?
We work very hard to ensure that you receive your order as promptly as possible, it should take one to two business days to process and another 3 – 7 days for delivery. Bear in mind however that during busy periods such as Christmas longer delivery times may occur. We also do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If for example, you place your order at close of business on a Friday it won’t be processed and sent until Monday.
I haven’t received my Order, what shall I do?
Please allow five – seven days to receive your order, if after that time it still hasn’t arrived please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, order number and tracking number and we will rectify the issue for you right away.
Can I Track My Order?
We ship via a courier or through Australia Post. All items come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you once your order is booked for collection via our courier.
How long will it take to receive my Purchase?
We send orders via a courier service or Australia Post, delivery can take anywhere between 3 – 7 days. Rural addresses however may take longer.
Please bear in mind that during busy periods such as Christmas longer delivery times may occur. We also do not ship on weekends or public holidays. If for example, you place your order at close of business on a Friday it won’t be sent until Monday.
Please note that once your package leaves our hands it is then in the control of another party, that being the courier or Australia Post. Unfortunately we cannot control how long these services take to deliver packages.
Our products come with guarantees that fall within Australian Consumer Law. We will replace or refund if the product/s:
Are faulty or develop a fault within a reasonable period of time after purchase
Are not fit for purpose (i.e. they don’t do what the seller said they would do)
Don’t match the seller’s description or sample
Are of unacceptable quality, or
Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
We do our best to ensure that the products we sell meet an adequate standard of quality. All products are tested prior to selling. Our candle and bath/body products are handmade in small batches so colours may vary slightly per batch, other than this all ingredients used remain the same for each batch as stated in the listing. We do not refund our candles, melts, bath or body products because you don’t like the smell. We have sample sized melts available if you would like to try before you buy.
We require that returns that fall under consumer law requirements be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods or photographic evidence of the fault be forwarded to email@example.com before we can process a refund.
Candle purchases include a candle safety guide. For safety reasons it is highly recommended that you read it and follow the care instructions.
All body products are made using skin safe quality ingredients. If you have sensitivity to any of the ingredients listed then please do not purchase.
To get the most out of your jewelry purchases we recommend not wearing in water. To avoid tarnishing please keep items away from direct sunlight and store wrapped in a soft cloth when not wearing.
